Idea generation and entrepreneurship: training the European key competences
Based on EntreComp, the “Entrepreneurship Competence Framework”, the course conceives entrepreneurship as a cross key expertise. Through a challenge and project based approach, teachers can test processes and tools to design and lead students to promote social and life skills.
Participants will go through an ideation process via peer learning, team working and expert trainers.
They will learn about:
– How to motivate students to work in a team and independently
– How to promote students’ self-initiative
– How to design school projects to promote students’ entrepreneurship
They will face:
– Problem mapping and challenges definition
– Brainstorming, qualitative and quantitative analysis and benchmark
– Lean approach to ideas evolution.
– Project management, sustainability, pitching and stakeholder engagement.
